Hello there! I’m Jessica. A Winemaker turned entrepreneur, intuitive healer, nervous system doula and Clarity and purpose Coach.

I’ve been where you are—standing at the edge of change, unsure of what’s next but knowing there must be something more. My mission is to help women like you navigate this pivotal transition with a holistic approach that empowers both your mind and body. Together, we’ll release the barriers holding you back and craft a path that feels aligned, purposeful, and exciting.
Sitting in circle and community spaces with women has truly been the most healing and expansive experience. It is where I have found my voice, allowed myself to be fully seen and celebrated and it is where I have stepped more fully into my own power.
COMMUNITY is where I have made my boldest moves, where I have learnt to trust others and myself and where I have learnt that I don’t need to go at it alone.
